Max's success in guiding brands through today's evolving shopping ecosystem is rooted in her unique combination of experience in consumer behavior, e-commerce and AI shopping.
Previously the Global Product Lead for agentic commerce at Google, Max led product and go-to-market strategy for the company's portfolio of AI-powered shopping experiences. She worked on features like Shopping in AI Mode, Shopping in Gemini, the Universal Commerce Protocol and agentic checkout, seeing them from ideation to global launch. Max held multiple roles during her seven year tenure at Google, advising some of the world's largest brands on product data, campaign strategy and how to succeed in the age of AI.
Prior to Google, Max worked in consumer behavior research, helping Fortune 500 companies and organizations around the world convert behavioral economics research into consumer engagement strategies.
Max is an active member of the New York City startup community, and she's a guest lecturer on AI and the future of commerce at Yale University.
